About Domestic and International shipping

We deliver your order wherever you are with DHL International Standard (DHL International Premium / Fedex on request)

Shipping inside European Union countries takes about 10 to 15 working days with DHL Standard and 3 working days with DHL International Premium.

For purchases made outside the European Union (EU), customers may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable in the country where the goods are ordered or delivered. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any associated charges. We explicitly decline any responsibility for these fees and refrain from providing any calculations or estimates in this regard.

If you are purchasing internationally, it is recommended to contact your local customs authorities to obtain full information regarding costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you are the importer of record and must ensure that your purchase complies with the laws of the destination country.

Please note that goods may be subject to customs inspection on arrival and we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free from tampering. In the event of customs delays, we cannot be held responsible.

Shipments to the United States and Canada are available upon request. Orders are processed based on a quotation that includes all applicable shipping and handling costs, as well as prepaid customs fees, in accordance with current U.S. import regulations. Customs duties must be paid prior to shipment. 

US and Canadian customers are invited to provide a detailed list of the desired products in order to receive a complete quotation, which will specify shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional applicable charges in accordance with current U.S. import regulations.

 Shipping outside European Union (UAE, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, USA, Australia) takes 3 to 4 weeks with DHL International Standard, and 1 to  2 weeks with DHL International Premium (on request).
